Refund policy

All boards are made to order and we can only accept cancellations the day of the order is placed. After that we will not be able to refund the order. Any cancellation made can not be refunded or credited. For larger events and custom orders, cancellations require a minimum 10 day notice of cancelation in order to receive a partial refund. Please note, initial deposits are non-refundable.
